1. Who is responsible (data controller)

2. What data this site collects

Only what you type into the two forms:

• RFQ form — company, contact name, email, target market, wall frame, protocol, application, estimated quantity, certifications required, product lines of interest, notes (OEM print, app brand, voltage, packing language).
• General inquiry form — name, company, email, country/market, message.
• This prototype sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The production version of this site will list any such cookies here, with a consent choice before they load.

3. Why it is used, and the legal basis

• To answer your inquiry and prepare quotations — legal basis: steps prior to a potential contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
• To follow up on an ongoing quotation, sampling or order — same bases, for the duration of that exchange.
• No profiling, no automated decision-making, no newsletter subscription without a separate, explicit opt-in.

4. Who receives it

Your details are not sold and are not shared for third-party marketing. Inquiry data is seen by the PanelLink sales desk and, where a quotation requires it, by the specific partner factories pricing your line — limited to what the quotation needs. Form and email infrastructure may involve processors under data-processing agreements; a current processor list is available on request.

5. Retention

Inquiry data is kept as long as needed to answer and, if a quotation or order follows, for the period required by trade-document retention rules [retention period to be set before launch]. If no business follows, inquiry data is deleted within [period].

6. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by emailing sales@panellink-sample.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. EU-based inquirers: the applicable jurisdiction and representative details, if any, are stated here before launch.

7. Website terms of use

• Content is indicative. Specifications, figures and statistics on this site are samples for sourcing direction, not binding offers. Only a proforma invoice binds price, lead time and specification.
• Certification statements describe sourcing capability per SKU and market; they are not claims of held certificates. Certificates and test reports are provided per RFQ.
• Brand and content. Site text and imagery may not be reproduced commercially without written permission. Product imagery on this prototype is AI-generated sample imagery, not photography of shipped goods.
• Liability for use of this site's content is excluded to the extent permitted by the applicable law [governing law and venue to be stated before launch].
