Equip the space — switches, panels, gateway in one purchasing list

Hospitality, residential and light-commercial buyers rarely buy one SKU. These sample packages show how a trading desk consolidates wall control into room-count or unit-count RFQs. Not project case studies.

How buyers should use this page

Packages are RFQ templates, not fixed kits

Each card is a starting BOM. Final line items depend on plate standard (86 / EU / US / UK), protocol (Wi‑Fi / Zigbee / Matter path), cert market and OEM print. Lock those four fields before price can firm.

1. Pick the space

Hotel room, apartment unit, whole home, meeting room, short-let or retail branch — room count drives quantity, not catalogue curiosity.

2. Lock plate + protocol

Frame family must match the back box. Protocol must match hub tolerance and app brand. Mixed ecosystems create after-sales load.

3. One RFQ, multi-factory ship

Trading model: we match partner factories for switches, panels and gateways, then consolidate packing lists into one shipment narrative.

FAQ

Common questions from importers and integrators

Are these fixed kits with fixed prices?

No. Sample packages structure the RFQ. Price depends on plate, protocol module, cert market, OEM print and quantity. Treat the BOM as a checklist, not a catalogue offer.

Can I mix Wi‑Fi switches with a Zigbee hotel panel?

Possible at product level, painful in support. Prefer one ecosystem per project phase. If you must mix, state it explicitly so pairing guides and gateways are quoted correctly.

Do you install on site?

This sample site positions a trading / OEM desk, not local installation. Buyers handle install or hire local SI. We support with wiring notes, packing lists and sample approval.

How do apartment packages differ from whole-home kits?

Apartment fit-out emphasises unified frames, bulk cartons, language inserts and repeatable SKUs across hundreds of units. Whole-home packs may allow more SKU variety per villa or house type.

Where is the deep BOM example?
